These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Cleaner mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App") provided by Cosine Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal and lawful use and in accordance with these Terms.

The App may include links to or integration with third-party services or content ("Third-Party Services"). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies provided by those third parties.
The App, including its design, features, software, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by Cosine Studio or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted to you under these Terms, you obtain no other rights, title, or interest in or to the App.
You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on or within the App.
Certain features of the App may be offered as in-app purchases or require payment of fees. All purchases made through app stores (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are subject to the applicable store’s terms and conditions and refund policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the app store’s billing or refund practices.
We may, from time to time, provide updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosine Studio and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for using the App in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cosine Studio and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
